Shipping Policy

All of our shipments are tracked. Please check your URL (provided in your order shipping confirmation email) for up-to-date status on your shipment. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at customercare@h2gmbent.com to review the status of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately there are NO RETURNS. A refund can only be issued before the item is shipped and can be done by emailing us at customercare@h2gmbent.com.
